Privacy Policy

Lux Dental and Spa takes your privacy seriously. This statement explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. "You" means anyone visiting our website or contacting our practice. "We," "our," and "us" mean Lux Dental and Spa in Palm Harbor, Florida.

1. What we do with your information

When you browse our site, we automatically receive your device's internet protocol (IP) address along with basic information about your browser and operating system. We use this to keep the site working well and to improve the experience for everyone.

Email: With your permission, we may email you about appointments, new services, educational content, and special offers from our practice.

Phone and text: With your consent (see Section 2), we may call or text you to help schedule appointments, confirm a visit, or answer questions you've asked.

2. Consent

When you submit personal information (name, email, phone, etc.) for any reason — booking, downloading a guide, requesting a callback, or anything else — you agree to receive phone calls, texts, or emails from us, even if you are on a do-not-call list. We only contact you about what you asked about or to help you book an appointment. We never want to be a bother and we always give you a simple way to opt out: click "unsubscribe" at the bottom of any email, or reply "STOP" to any text and the messages will end.

You can also withdraw consent any time by calling our office.

3. Disclosure

We may disclose your personal information if required by law, or if you violate our terms. If our practice is acquired or merged with another company, your information may transfer to the new owners so they can continue providing your dental care.

Important: we do not sell, rent, or otherwise share your personal information with advertisers, partners, or vendors for marketing purposes.

4. Third-party services

The third-party providers we work with (scheduling tools, payment processors, analytics, email and SMS platforms) only collect and use your information to the extent needed to do their job for us.

Some providers may be located in a different jurisdiction than you. If you complete a transaction with one of them, your information may be subject to the laws of the country where that provider operates.

Once you leave our website or are redirected to a third-party site, this Privacy Policy no longer applies. We recommend reading the privacy policy of any site you visit from ours.

5. Security

We take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure your information is not lost, misused, accessed without permission, disclosed, altered, or destroyed.

6. Cookies

We use cookies to create a more customized experience for visitors. We also use tracking pixels (such as Google Analytics) to measure traffic and site performance, and remarketing pixels from Facebook and Google to support targeted follow-up advertising. You can adjust cookie behavior in your browser settings at any time.

7. Age of consent

By using this site, you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence, or that you have given consent for any minor dependents using the site.

8. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, so please review it periodically. Changes take effect as soon as they're posted. If we make material changes, we'll note that here so you know what we collect and how we use it.
